Propero’s Bookstore – A Favorite Place – Ed O’Rourke

I discovered this downhome bookstore in 2002 and have been returning ever since. We will have a big gathering in October, 2026.

Mother’s family lived in Coleman Highlands at 3300 Karnes Blvd. The Highlands and the area to the south are gems.

I encourage you to stop by between now and then. The location is West 39^th and Bell about 150 yards from State Line Road.
