When you talk to DT followers, you are entering a fact-free zone and an ethics-free zone. I have the idea that about half would stop a bullet for him.
I had the hope that President Biden could convince the Congress to approve the Child Tax Credit, raise the income tax rates on rich Americans and major corporations, forgive student debt and similar measures. These are all commendable efforts but would do little to sway DT voters. A guilty verdict on any one of 91 felony charges will have some weight.
Neither DT nor his rivals for the Republican nominations have any economic plan at all. It is only war against the immigrants, the black people, the gays, the Democrats and anybody else that they do not like.
