I anticipate that we will know what has been going on with the UFOs by year´s end. This 68 minute presentation with Doctor Stephen Greer showed me that the momentum exists. People wonder how a small group can keep explosive important information a secret for many decades. The answer is easy: ridicule and intimidation. For example, a pilot with Japan Airlines saw a UFO as big as an aircraft carrier. After that he had a desk job.

In the 1950s when I was a student at St. Vincent´s Grade School, I was fascinated with flying saucers, space flight and science fiction. After that, I saw books and articles about UFOs only once in a while. In 2008, when I moved to Medellin, I had access to the History Channel which featured ancient astronauts and UFOs on a regular basis. With YouTube, UFOs are a popular feature. Amazon.com offers ET books by the boatload.

In 2014, Silvia and I spoke with Scott Jones in Kerrville, Texas, who was in touch with the ETs through mental telepathy. His ET contact was the Teacher. There is a federation representing 150 civilizations. He gave us his book Voices from the Cosmos. Until he passed away earlier this year, I would send e-mails for him to pass on the ETs. I wanted the ETs to announce what they have been doing for many decades, perhaps many centuries. Show us technology that would drastically reduce air pollution and global warming. There was never a positive reply. I had the idea that the Teacher would look at my proposals 20 seconds and tell Scott ¨No thank you.¨

The ETs are currently content to observe global warming, 15,000 nuclear weapons and poverty without intervention.

There will be much commotion when we find out about the crashed spacecraft and dead bodies. There will be Congressional hearings finding out who has been hiding this information. There will be little or no panic. About half the American population has known or suspected the ETs visitations for years. About half the households do not have $400 for an emergency. Their number one concern will continue to be to have groceries and pay the bills as they come due. When the ETs make public contact like showing up at the United Nations headquarters, London Bridge, the Eifel Tower, the Vatican, Jerusalem, Mecca, Medina, the pyramids, the Ganges and other symbolic places, there will be a severe shakeup in human affairs that is long overdue.

I am hoping that there will be extensive reforms. Eliminate food insecurity for everyone on the planet. Restore the income tax structure that we had with President Eisenhower. Decommission 4,500 nuclear weapons leaving 1,000 for deterrence and wandering asteroids. Keep 100 overseas military bases and close the rest. Start environmental projects that will reverse global warming.

In the US, three men have the same financial wealth as 160 million. Until global warming is reversed, impose a 100% tax on all income over $10,000,000 world-wide.

The official UAP investigation is like a homicide squad who can arrest everybody who enters the police station with a detailed signed confession.

There are people like Scott Jones who state that they are in mental contact with the ETs. The investigators should contact these individuals to open channels. Who are they? What are their intentions? Arrange formal communications.

The ETs are benign or neutral. Otherwise, we would have been slaves a long time ago.

Hopefully the ET disclose will change the momentum. Our precious planet is in a death spiral. The leaders are in over their heads. The One Percent are like heroin addicts who cannot change on their own. There are millions endeavoring to lead the world to bright sunlit uplands (a phrase from Winston Churchill). This is a contest between butterflies and bulldozers. May the butterflies prevail.
