In my last e-mail I had the idea to make a movie about Lieutenant Coronel Stanislav Petrov who saved the world from a nuclear holocaust on September 26, 1983.  Peace studies professor at the University of Missouri at Columbia (not Colombia where I live) told me about the movie that is listed below.
